About the event
SPECIAL OLYMPICS YOUNG ATHLETES ATHLETICS (Track & Field) SESSION 1
Young Athletes ages 6 & 7 (DOB 4/27/2018-3/12/2020) who are interested in participating in the 50m Run and Tennis Ball Throw events are invited to register. Athletes who use walkers or wheelchairs are also welcome to participate.
Zoom meeting: Friday, February 13th at 7:00PM. The link for the meeting is in the email. Even if you are only interested in more information, I encourage you to attend.
Roster: Will be limited to 6 Young Athletes on a first come, first served basis. If we reach 6, a waiting list will be created also on a first come, first served basis. A family member or someone who knows your youngster well, who is aged 14 and up, will be required to assist your athlete at practices and the exhibition event. That person will be required to complete the COE registration as mentioned below. I will send more detailed information about it as sign ups come in.
