About the event
SPECIAL OLYMPICS SOFTBALL SKILLS
Athletes ages 8 and up who are interested in learning and competing in softball skills (fielding, running the bases, batting & throwing) or to form a Coach Pitch team are invited to register.
Zoom info meeting: Friday, March 27th at 6:30PM. The link for the meeting is in the email.
Roster: Will be limited to 10 Skills Athletes and/or 18 Team Athletes on a first come, first served basis. Skills Athletes returning from the 2025 season will be guaranteed their spot for the new season. If we reach the limits, a waiting list will be created also on a first come, first served basis.
Practice: Once a week on Wednesdays starting 5/20, based on venue availability and weather-permitting, 7-8pm at Lions Park, 8865 McEvilly Rd Minooka. (Some practices may be held at the ball field off Misty Creek Dr in Minooka, everyone will be notified when that might happen) TRANSPORTATION TO PRACTICES IS EVERYONE'S OWN RESPONSIBILITY.
