SPECIAL OLYMPICS SOFTBALL SKILLS FOR YOUNG ATHLETES
Athletes ages 6&7 with DOB 9/14/2018-7/28/2020 who are interested in learning softball skills (fielding, running the bases, batting & throwing) are invited to register.
Zoom info meeting: Friday, March 27th at 6:30PM. The link for the meeting is in the email.
Roster: Will be limited to 5 Young Athletes on a first come, first served basis. Young Athletes returning from the 2025 season will be guaranteed their spot for the new season. If we reach the limit, a waiting list will be created also on a first come, first served basis.
Practice: Once a week on Wednesdays starting 6/17, based on venue availability and weather-permitting, 6-7pm at Lions Park, 8865 McEvilly Rd Minooka. (Some practices may be held at the ball field off Misty Creek Dr in Minooka, everyone will be notified when that might happen) TRANSPORTATION TO PRACTICES IS EVERYONE'S OWN RESPONSIBILITY. Ride sharing can be worked out amongst yourselves.
