About the event
The Morris YMCA is hosting a luau-themed fitness class exclusive for Special Connections members! This fun 75-minute fit-a-thon will get us moving with low-impact cardio and strength training. It will end with a gentle chair yoga that will focus on flexibility and relaxation techniques. To set the stage, the Y will be decked out with decorations and a light healthy snack will be provided. Feel free to come dressed in your best luau attire! Space is limited to 20 participants.
